Peacock Ink-Jet was established to provide consumers with the option that makes sense. In 2003, we recognized that customers not only asked for a low-cost alternative to paying sky-high prices for new OEM ink and toner cartridges, they demanded convenience to accommodate their hectic lifestyle. Our ink and toner refill services network of 100 and ever-growing agent stores now enables Peacock customers to enjoy the same superb quality services at their convenience either on their way to work or on a coffee break!

After over 19 years of operating Peacock Ink-jet is a true industry leader in inkjet and laser printer cartridge refill services. Since the company’s creation, quality has been and continues to be, the focus of every activity. We believe that consumers want two things from their ink refill service: true cost savings and refilled cartridges that print great the first time and every time.

Quality Control
We have developed an efficient ink refill system for inkjet cartridge refills.
- Physically Check each cartridge before refilling;
- Use ultrasonic cleaner to cleaning empty cartridges inside out;
- Drain all the dirty ink and spin dry each cartridge before refilling;
- The empty cartridges refillled by the Swiss made Vaccum Automation Ink Refill Machine.
- Run a test print on the respective printer to ensure quality;
- Careful seal the cartridge print head with industrty grade non-sticky blue tape;
- Pack refilled cartridges in a ZIP log plastic bags preventing the cartridge from damaging;
